Daylight lingers on
Spring’s in the air
The streams repeat their songs
Spring’s in the the air
Primroses show their heads
Spring’s in the air
Winter’s off to bed
Spring’s in the air
Soon swallows will be flying high
Spring’s in the air
Lovers no more shall sigh
When comes the end of cold and bitter nights

Oh yes, spring's in the air, but bleak winter's ugly mask, is still lurking at the corner, of the street and may change its mind, and come back with crooked fingers, to tear down spring's lovely flowers ...
