Here's how to remove the lovely-but-flawed Control Center from your lockscreen. Launch the Settings app, tap Control Center, and turn off Access on Lock Screen. While you're at it, consider a few additional lockscreen limitations. Do you really want a phone thief to chat with Siri? Probably not. So... Settings, General, Passcode Lock, and make sure it's set to not allow Siri when the phone is locked.
