It's serious http://www.hermandaddelamacarena.es/financialaidsfedu-553d.pdf financialaid.sf.edu Every weekday evening I run through the streets of Beverly Hills. It’s rush hour, but you wouldn’t know it. Aside from the Mexican gardeners pruning the palm trees, the streets are empty. Pedestrians are a non-species in LA, and all the other runners are confined to the hamster wheels in their home gyms, but I like some visuals when I run; I like to see life – what little there is of it here. Once, I chanced upon two young men with spray-on abs wearing nothing but Calvin Klein briefs, frolicking like infants beneath the sprinkler on their front lawn, but more often than not it’s just the odd middle-aged exec, standing in his driveway on his mobile phone. 'There’s only ever one reason a middle-aged man stands in his driveway on his mobile phone,’ my husband said. 'And it’s got nothing to do with bad cellphone coverage.’
