I'm doing a masters in law http://www.youni.ir/anapharm-canada-bc2b.pdf anapharm quebec city I wonder if it can be related to Ramadan....As from experience I know that during that period the workers become very lethargic even more so when the Holy Period comes in the middle of the heat of summer, Having worked there for 23 yrs I came to recognise that almost nothing could be achieved in that period. So was routine maintenance somewhat less than efficient at that time?
