Because it helps average Americans and not wealthy corporations? This bill they’ve agreed on could have undergraduates paying a rate as high as 8.25% and 9.5% for graduate students, and 10.5% for parents. College tuition is too much as it is. Why doesn’t our government ever want to do anything that helps average Americans?
