Tea or Coffee?(avis aux anglophiles)

I sent out a poem about our English tea

And this is what a friend wrote back to me

"You'll start up a polemic on the drinking of tea

for the finger in the air,I totally disagree"

The starting of a polemic was far from me

It was just a poem for the French to read

So the next time I'll write a poem for the Engilsh to see

The 'tralala' the French make over their cup of coffee

All this of course is not to be taken seriously

My friend was simply trying a little poetry

As for myseilf I am a great coffee addict. But tea is a wonderful thing also (that's what Englishmen and Japanese are saying..)
