Hope flies in the wind

What can be this poor man be thinking about?
He sleeps with the cold in the night, just on this public bench
He knows that tomorrow he's porbably not gonna eat
Each look hurts him a little more but there's still a spark

And this woman who can't see her future
Sells her body to the devil, each night for a little money
Always thinbking that tomorrow will be another day
But she can't fight the cruel reality

There will always be the ones who have nothing
Are they supposed to be abandonned?
They just have to keep the faith, they aren't alone
Because hope flies in the wind

For some people, life really seems to be out of reach
Whatever they do, they receive nothing, only the loneliness
Who's in position to know what their feelings are?
Justice seems to have forgotten them forever

There will always be the ones who have nothing
Are they supposed to be abandonned?
They just have to keep the faith, they aren't alone
Because hope flies in the wind

Is it normal that some children die of starvation?
That people, not having a home, are shattered by the illness?
Like a grain of dust, we'd like them to be the less possible
But, men, you don't make any move to improve the situation

These are not the only ones
See around you, just in your city
If you can help, by your presence
Just see around you

It looks like the atmosphere - see their looks
It has no shape - it's in the human soul
You cxan't have enough of this driving force
Because of the necessity of having some

There will always be the ones who have nothing
Are they supposed to be abandonned?
They just have to keep the faith, they aren't alone
Because hope flies in the wind

Flying in the wind, you can catch it whenever you want
It's beautiful and like a sweet caress, it brings you satisfaction
